Main Responsibilities

• Utilize your coffee expertise to brew the perfect cup, adjusting equipment settings as needed.
• Maintain coffee quality and consistency by dialing in coffee throughout the day.
• Ensure all coffee adheres to company standards, including weighing shots and monitoring roast dates.
• Set up, maintain, and close down coffee equipment safely.
• Uphold cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support the floor staff.
• Be a brand ambassador, reflecting Gentlemen Baristas' image and reputation.
